Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase


Return Process

  1. Email us at info@retrotimeless.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.

  3. Please do not send items back without approval — they will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind or non-quality issues: Customers cover return shipping costs.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.


Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” — including products discounted by more than 20% — cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process).
